nice building, good location and staff. the location is strategic with easy access to boulevard shopping mall, it's merely a 5 minute ride from the place. helpful and courteous staff at all times.

Make sure you check out The Rooftop, located right by the venue. Free WiFi is offered in the rooms. Easy distance to Bintulu airport. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent customer handling by the front office and the catering staff. Good meals also.

Covenient location and very spacious room

The rooms were nice as were the proximity to the sea.

Firstly, the booking online hadn't worked. Despite the fact that they had rooms and I showed them the confirmation email I had to wait 30 minutes before going to our room. When we got there it was a complete mess. This was at 3pm and the room had not been cleaned. Secondly, staff need to remind customers that they shouldn't make a racket in the room late at night. We had an ajoining door and the people in the aprtment next door constantly made a din at night. As there were children in there I can understand it during the day but I had a couple of sleepless nights. Thirdly, the breakfast was not very good. There was often food which I do not associate with breakfast, such as chips. These were often cold as was most of the food. I asked if they cooked eggs but there was a charge. Eggs are standard for breakfast in a hotel of that price range. I will tell my colleagues to steer clear of this hotel whihc is a shame as the evening meal, the rooms and the location are nice.

room spacious and front officer are very polite and friendly..

breakfast meal very limited and tasteless...on my 2nd day 31.8.11 staying there around 9am all meal was finished and no one of the restaurant come forward ask for the apology..we as a guest felt so shy seem as we are looklike a beggar inside the restaurant...then on my last day 1.9.11 i decided not to have breakfast.....hope hotel management take seriously this matter....
